Our Precision Tune-up and Safety Inspection is specifically designed to identify potential problems and fix them before they become major issues. Our 12-Point Precision Tune-Up and Cleaning Includes:

1. Visually inspect heat exchanger for possible cracks, voids, or defects
2. Check pilot and adjust if necessary
3. Clean filter
4. Inspect furnace wiring and connections
5. Check thermostat and calibrate if necessary
6. Inspect thermostat contacts
7. Check for proper amperage draw
8. Inspect furnace for proper venting
9. Check limit control
10. Inspect blower compartment to insure blower wheel and motor are
    working properly
11. Furnace start up-check for proper ignition/shut down
12. Check and secure all panels

Filter replacement, cleaning burners, adjusting burners etc. are
not included but available at additional cost.
