Ken was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient -- a professional as always -- free annual MVP inspection was conducted and he gave us the estimate for a whole house water system that we requested -- and he will return to install that in a couple months! :)

We have been depending on Saddleback Plumbing for over 20 yrs. There are two primary reasons for this. First, they are 100% professional -- they do the job right the 1st time, they thoroughly clean up after themselves, and they don't rip us off. Secondly, every worker they have ever sent to our house has been a nice guy. They do good work, they are pleasant to interact with. I don't think you can ask for more than that.
Outstanding service! My emergency request for a water heater replacement was responded to promptly with the technician showing up within 2 hours of my call. He did a thorough job installing the new heater and making sure that all plumbing in the house was working properly before he left.
