In 2006, Saddleback Plumbing Heating & Air acquired The Earls Plumbing, a long time Southern California Plumbing–Heating & Air Conditioning service institution. When Earl retired from the plumbing business, he entrusted his loyal customers and reputation to Saddleback Plumbing Heating & Air. Now, with 75 years of combined experience, We are Orange County’s best choice for professional plumbing, heating and air conditioning services.

Bill is the founder of Saddleback Plumbing, managing all aspects of training, field technicians and overall office operations.

Jared Nichols, Service Manger
Jared is responsible and oversees all of our technicians and services calls to ensure that each service completed is done to the highest standard that is expected of our company.

Scott Villegas, Warehouse and Project Coordinator
Scott provides an integral role within the company by resourcing and organizing the tools and equipment needed in making sure each project is successful.

Kim Winder, Office Manager
Kim manages the day to day aspect of office operations and procedures which includes creating and maintaining processes that provides excellent service to our customers and a positive working environment for employees.

Diane Myslivy–Vivona, Customer Service Representative
Diane answers inbound customer calls, processes customer invoices, books service appointments and assists customers with any questions they may have regarding their appointments.

Ed Goforth, Dispatch
Ed is responsible for dispatching plumbing and HVAC technicians in the most efficient manner to insure our technicians arrive at your home at the scheduled appointment time. He assists our technicians with any inquires they may have at the time of your appointment, making sure all of the customer requests are met.

Tanya Housel, Customer Service Representative
Tanya answers inbound customer calls, responds to online inquiries, books service appointments and provide technicians with information from our customers that will help your next service call be as successful as possible.
