Highly recommend this company! Scheduling an appointment was an absolute breeze, and their customer service was excellent right from the start.
Our technician Eric, went above and beyond to solve a very difficult problem. We had a mystery leak coming through our ceiling, and instead of giving up or rushing through the job, he showed incredible patience and dedication to locate the exact source. He worked tirelessly until the issue was completely resolved, all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile on his face.
To top it all off, he left the work area completely spotless when he was done. It is rare to find this level of professionalism, hard work, and cleanliness. We will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs!

I had an emergency leak. I called Saddleback at 8 am on Saturday morning and a plumber was there at 9 am and found the problem quickly.

Saddleback Plumbing is great. On time and fixed the problem. Reasonably priced too! The technician was excellent and explained everything to me prior to doing the work. I highly recommend this company.

Saddleback has often repaired major and minor problems at our home.. We have found them to be prompt (they come when they say they will) efficient ( they discuss the problem and the options with us regarding time and cost) and veryhelpful aaand congenial.

Saddleback came out to check my AC unit. All was good. No upsells. They said I was low on refrigerant. I had them out a second time and they said it was still low but within normal parameters so no need to refill at this time.

The need for the service on our A/C unit was explained well. The work was done efficiently. We were shown the part that needed to be replaced.
