Eric went above and beyond when fixing my toilet — truly one of the best service experiences I've had. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain what went wrong and how he planned to fix it. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He didn't just do a quick repair — he made sure everything was working perfectly and even checked for any potential issues that could cause problems later on.

It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the comfort of their customer, but Eric absolutely does. I'll be calling Saddleback Plumbing for any future needs, and I highly recommend asking for Eric — he's exceptional!

On September 5, 2025, Saddleback Plumbing installed a new copper water line at my property. The team, including Anthony, Jake, and Austin, completed the project with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, delivering high quality work that is rare these days. Anthony carried out most of the work, and the company should be proud to have him.
I also interacted with their office staff Sandy, Jonna, and Michelle by phone. They responded quickly, returned calls promptly, and always provided clear and straightforward answers.
