My AC went out during a major heat wave and Saddleback Plumbing, HVAC sent out a service person right away, who was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The problem was thoroughly identified and fixed. I now have piece of mind that when the next heat wave hits, I'll be nice and cool in my house!

Contacted Saddleback to give me estimate on redoing ducts. They found and showed me substandard work done by a previous contractor explaining how the previous furnace was not compliant with existing code. I contracted with Saddleback to redo the entire air for the house including ductwork air compressor and furnace.
