I had a great experience with them when Jared and Joe went out of their way to clear confusion caused by an outside parts supplier, make things right, and streamline a process made complicated by my insurance company. Saddleback got the job done. Their MVP program brings prices down and is really worthwhile if you have a list of things needing to be fixed. They were very receptive and patient about all of my pricing questions.

My entire HVAC system died and needed replacing quickly (January! Brrr!). Saddleback came right out, gave me a fair price, and had the job done in less than a week, from placed order to finished installation, and a warm toasty house again.

March 2024, Chris and Saddleback to the rescue again! I stepped into the garage last week and the floor was covered in water. Water heater had given up the ghost and flooded the garage. I called Saddleback @ 9am in the morning and by 5pm that evening I had a new water heater up and running (and a garage drying out, slowly).

The service Saddleback Plumbing offers is as good as it gets, truly. You guys are great, but I sure hope this is my last major plumbing/heating disaster for the year!
