It's great to be able to call a local company and know you will get good, honest work. My AC went out during a major heat wave and Saddleback Plumbing, HVAC sent out a service person right away, who was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Contacted Saddleback to give me estimate on redoing ducts. They found and showed me substandard work done by a previous contractor explaining how the previous furnace was not compliant with existing code. I contracted with Saddleback to redo the entire air for the house including ductwork air compressor and furnace.
