Saddleback has often repaired major and minor problems at our home.. We have found them to be prompt (they come when they say they will) efficient ( they discuss the problem and the options with us regarding time and cost) and veryhelpful aaand congenial.

Saddleback came out to check my AC unit. All was good. No upsells. They said I was low on refrigerant. I had them out a second time and they said it was still low but within normal parameters so no need to refill at this time.
The need for the service on our A/C unit was explained well. The work was done efficiently. We were shown the part that needed to be replaced.
