We had such an awesome experience woth Chris and with Saddleback plumbing. One of our faucet handles had broken off. We were afraid that we were going to need a new faucet and incur significant expenses. Chris came and told us we needed to get new parts. He told us that they could order the parts, but that we could likely get them for free under Pfister's warranty plan. He instructed us how to go about doing this. He was right and this obviously saved us a lot of money.
After we received our parts, Chris came back and installed them. He charged us an extremely reasonable price and our faucet works like a new faucet! Chris is honest, polite, and very good at his job. We will definitely be using Saddleback Plumbing for any future issues that arise.

We have never had plumbing service as excellent as that provided by Josh from Saddleback Plumbing. This company is superb and we finally have found good plumbers, thank goodness. Josh is fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind, tidy and meticulous.
Water heater sprung a leak. Mike came out at 8pm to make sure it was safe and stop the leak. Replaced the unit the next day . On time and as promised
