Fixed a faucet drip in about an hour or so. Very professional. 1st time using this company. I don't know much about plumbing so it did seem a little expensive, but I know the work was completed without any additional costs from what they quoted me.
Memo was very quick in identifying what our problem was with our heater and then stayed over hours to install a new water heater so we could have hot water! We are very happy with his work and will definitely call SPH&A for future work.
dispatch called me back to tell me someone had just become available, , so i didn't have to wait until my next- day appointment. He as here in 20 minutes.
Vince did a fantastic job with our bathroom plumbing. We highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing as we have used them 3 separate times now.
Needed a faucet cartridge repair. Saddleback was prompt. The technicians are clean and efficient and on time. A week later, I thought there was a similar problem on another faucet. Again they were very prompt, efficient, etc. It turned out, I did not need the repair, and, to my astonishment and delight, they did not charge for the check-up. I will use them again and recommend them.
They have been great for all my plumbing issues. Reasonable in pricing and no upsale pressure.
