I tracked you down by seeing a truck next to a home I manage. I called and from the lady that answered and helped to the lovely people in between and the guys that finished the job, everything was just wonderful!

Scott was able to show up earlier than the appointment by notifying me of an earlier available time to address a wall leak the day after Christmas. Put on shoe covers without being asked (***** just for this, thank you!).
He covered all relevant surfaces to prevent further damage and promptly found the problem. Efficient and professional repair. Will definitely ask for him next time.
