Fixed clog quickly and educated me for future clogs. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
We had a stand-up shower in the main bedroom bath that wasn't draining and was overflowing into the bathtub next to it. The plumber snaked out the drain and also fixed a sink faucet handle that kept spinning around instead of stopping where it was supposed to.
The whole process only took about 30 minutes, VERY satisfied.
If any more plumbing problems pop up we will hire them again without hesitation.
After a Handyman was unable to change out the corroded plumbing valves (required by Costco to connect to our new machine), l called /reached out to Saddleback Plumbing on Sunday. Their customer service is excellent and they called me back right away and set us up for a Monday afternoon appointment. Eric was excellent- he got to work right away and within the hour completed the job replacing the old old-style valves with new 1/4" valves. We could not be more pleased.
