Job description:

Saddleback Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for a full time General Office team member to join our team. For 30 years, Saddleback has provided exceptional service to our community and to our employees. We are looking for a professional with outstanding customer service and clerical skills.

A qualified candidate should exhibit the following:

  • Positive and energetic personality
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high intensity office environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • At least one year experience in customer service
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, such as: Outlook, Excel, and Word

Position duties will include:

  • Call taking and scheduling appointments
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email
  • Respond to services inquiries received via Google leads
  • Data entry
  • Assist in administrative duties not limited to filing, scanning, and mass mailings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:

  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday
  • On-Call Rotation
