I just wanted do drop you and line and let you know how happy I am with the service I got again today with Ken Smith. We're repeat customers and with good reason. I had Ken replace all my shut off valves today and install two new facets. Last time he was here until almost eleven o'clock at night doing a water heater that just didn't want to cooperate. He kept at it, and that's what sold me on your company the first time. He wore shoe covers without asking, made a few good suggestions to me about some existing fixtures and really did a great job, and he left the home as if he wasn't even there. I've recommended your company without hesitation for awhile now, which is really hard to do with some companies--but I'll tell anybody without hesitation "call Saddleback Plumbing." Thanks to Ken and your company for all the help.
