I think the plumber who did the work was Richard Melvin (?) he is exceptional, this kind of service is not to be expected in 2010. You delivered again. Thank you! As a ps I grew up with the Cronisters from Downey, California what at hoot if you a part of that family.
I was very satisfied with Richard Melvin and hope he will service our plumbing needs in the future, although, I understand that you have a staff of plumbers and he may not be the one you send out next, but I might ask for him
Dylan serviced our laundry sink and replaced the old sink. We have had Jerod out many times in the past but found that Dylan did equally good work and we are happy that we have two such qualified sources for any future servicing.
