Bill was very nice when I called late one evening with a big problem and he had Dylan out the next day to fix it. Dylan did a great job with all of the repair work needed. He knew just what to do and kept everything clean and neat.
We are completely satisfied. Ken was very professional and friendly and took care of our problem quickly. We have eleven office in So OC and will call you again when the need arises.
What a pleasure to have Chris in my home, his knowledge,friendly manner and complete command of the situation was a refreshing change from my past plumbing experiences. I just wanted do drop you and line and let you know how happy I am with the service I got again today with Ken Smith. We're repeat customers and with good reason. I had Ken replace all my shut off valves today and install two new facets. Last time he was here until almost eleven o'clock at night doing a water heater that just didn't want to cooperate. He kept at it, and that's what sold me on your company the first time. He wore shoe covers without asking, made a few good suggestions to me about some existing fixtures and really did a great job, and he left the home as if he wasn't even there. I've recommended your company without hesitation for awhile now, which is really hard to do with some companies--but I'll tell anybody without hesitation "call Saddleback Plumbing." Thanks to Ken and your company for all the help.
Chris Chronister just completed all my plumbing issues. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will not use any other plumbing company from now on.
