One of our toilets was leaking at the base. I called Saddleback and they had someone out that day. Walt (the repairman) was great.
Ken was on time and very proficient. He explained the process and also offered suggestions for better water flow in the sink.
Technician arrived on time. Introduced himself and set to work. He confirmed my diagnosis and reviewed the replacement faucet I had purchased. He did try to upsell me on garbage disposal replacement and water shutoff valve replacement, but not a hard sell. He ended up just replacing the faucet as I had requested. He knew his plumbing steps. He did a good job and explained the features of my new electronic faucet and battery replacement. He cleaned up and left everything in order. The faucet is working well and no more drip!

I am very satisfied with the job Tech Chrisc performed on fixing and repairing my bathroom toilet tank. He replaced whatever parts are necessary including tank bolts that was broken off that caused the leak under the tank. My bathroom toilet tank was rebuild. Tech Chrisc was very professional and did his job in a timely manner. I would recommend this particular company to anybody anytime. They do a very thorough job for sure.
