I spoke with Jared for the initial phone call. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and was able to get my appt set up very quickly. Rudy was the service tech for my home heater issue. Apparently the gas valve within the heater had failed and needed to be replaced. Rudy contacted the manufacturer directly and was able to have them issue out another valve under warranty FOR FREE! I would never have known this if Rudy and Saddleback didn't go out of their way to contact the home heater manufacturing company directly. All I had to pay was the more than fair labor price for the new valve installation. My wife and kids are no longer huddling in blankets on the coach at night and in the mornings. Our house is no longer an icebox. Thanks so much to Jared, Rudy and Saddleback. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and expertise. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Technician was friendly, efficient, and resolved our clogged sink. Nice, and professional service overall.
I thought I would have to wait 2 days before my water heater would be fixed, but they called within a couple of hours and said they were squeezing me in. She said she knew how important having hot water was! Great job!
