He diagnosed a shower pan problem that requires a special restoration company to remedy and provided the name of one I am currently consulting with for this issue. Kevin went the extra mile to provide that reference, and I'm grateful. I will definitely call Saddleback Plumbing again if a plumbing issue needs addressing.

Chris is a charming young man willing to share his knowledge of, in this case, water heaters. On the day my water heater died, I happened to see his Saddleback truck at a neighbor's house and Chris was able to install a new heater for me that same day.
