Eric went above and beyond when fixing my toilet — truly one of the best service experiences I've had. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain what went wrong and how he planned to fix it. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He didn't just do a quick repair — he made sure everything was working perfectly and even checked for any potential issues that could cause problems later on.
It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the comfort of their customer, but Eric absolutely does. I'll be calling Saddleback Plumbing for any future needs, and I highly recommend asking for Eric — he's exceptional!
I will use Saddleback Plumbing for my next repair. The two times I used them, it went well.
Memo was great. He fixed our sink problem with a very thorough job. The plumber, a different company, supposedly fixed the problem a year ago at half the price. I will only call Saddleback Plumbing. I also tell everyone seeking help. They are an honest and friendly company.
