All of the above. I care for my husband with health issues. When our water heater went out, Saddleback Plumbing sent someone right out. They replaced the old unit in one day, and were respectful in every way. I appreciated the fact that they were aware of social distancing given the situation we are all facing. They are the best, and I will always be a customer!

Vinnie (plumber) was very prompt, professional and addressed problem at hand very quickly. Also very prompt with returning phone calls! Received emailed quote within a few minutes of service call and same for the invoice after the work was performed.
