Justin was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to check everything that could lead to my AC's problem. He answered all my questions and helped me to understand the problem. Just the way a service call should go.
The plumber who came out to my house was AWESOME. He was extremely knowledgable and spent a lot of time with me looking at everything before he started the work. I learned a lot from him about how to keep things maintained better and he explained the pricing structure in detail before starting the work. He was early for the appointment but waited outside, extremely professional, wore his own booties to come inside and kept me posted throughout of his progress, what he was going to do next, etc. I would definitely recommend Saddleback Plumbing and will use them again! Thank you!!!
Very fast service, reliable. Tech was out to my house at the time promised. Terry the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, gave me all the options available. Work was clean. Hard to find a reliable plumbing service these days, but Saddleback Plumbing has left me very satisfied.
