Saddleback Plumbing responded quickly when my water heater began leaking. The only negative was that the new water heater was physically larger and was very difficult to get into the closet. I had to remove the door latch to get it in. I will definitely call Saddleback for my next water heater problem.

I was very impressed with how fast they were able to come out! We had an issue with our AC for a few months, Justin came in and within 5 minutes, diagnosed the problem!! He was very professional and took care of our needs!! I am thrilled to be in my "cold" office!! I would highly recommend Justin and Saddleback Plumbing heating & Air!!!!!

Answered phone immediately, scheduled appointment (same day!) for a water leak at the meter. Thorough and detail oriented work performed, after explaining options and making sure we understood implications of each option. Highly recommended.

My tenants were having problems with fixtures in both bathrooms. Scott was able to diagnose and refurbish them good as new for very reasonable price which I approved before he did the work. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend!
