We have worked with Richard at our house & Thomas &our office (I don't have their last names). Both are wonderful. They are polite, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Saddleback Plumbing because of my experience with them both. The office staff also is so courteous & friendly always going the extra distance to get my questions answered. I'm a business owner myself & hope(& think) my employees are as good at representing my business as Richard and Thomas are.
