I had a plumbing company come out for what seem like a simple request which turned quite complicated.
I contacted Saddleback to get a second opinion, and then a third company to get one more option. In the end I chose Saddleback and was glad I did as they were professional, helpful and it turned what could've been a difficult situation into a straightforward solution!
They did a great job fixing our air conditioner. Super responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

Mike arrived on time, expertly diagnosed my plumbing issue, clearly explained my options, and then promptly provided a detailed estimate for the job. I approved the estimate, and the work was subsequently completed competently using high-quality materials and workmanship, and the area where he worked was left clean and undamaged. Given the continued professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the Saddleback Plumbing team, I highly recommend their fairly priced services for all your household plumbing needs.

Professional young man arrived late Friday before the holiday weekend and fixed my kitchen faucet. I did not know what I was going to if I could not get anyone until after the holiday. He was polite and so knowledgeable - gave excellent information and advice related to kitchen faucets with sensors. I have had some bad experiences with other plumbing services so I am most grateful to have found you.
