Friendly service. Plumber had to return, however, second visit resolved the issue, which was covered under Saddleback Plumbing's warranty.
Saddleback Plumbing has the best plumbers ever! They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring. We have relied on them to fix minor and major problems in our home. There technician, Memo is an impressive guy. He came in to investigate, gave me his theory on what's going on, ran additional tests and concluded what the issue was and continued to take the time to explain to me what the next steps should be. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

A previous company had all ready been out and could not start our hot water heater Tyler started our hot water heater, and explained many issues to us. What we like most was his sincerity and honesty. We will certainly call for Tyler when we need to replace our water heater.
