I'm a residential builder in Huntington Beach. The City had requested that I provide them with a video of a sewer lateraI that I just had installed at our new construction site on Alabama Street in the City. I contacted Saddleback Plumbing for the job, and had the pleasure of meeting Joe Castro at my job site in Huntington Beach to provide the video for HB Public Works. He was prompt, courteous and very professional in his duties. He also communicated very well with me and accomplished his work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Joe and Saddleback Plumbing, and look forward to working with you in the future.

Saddleback Plumbing is very customer oriented and professional. I had a great experience with them when Jared and Joe went out of their way to clear confusion caused by an outside parts supplier, make things right, and streamline a process made complicated by my insurance company. Saddleback got the job done. Their MVP program brings prices down and is really worthwhile if you have a list of things needing to be fixed. They were very receptive and patient about all of my pricing questions.
Burke was fast, efficient, clean and super helpful. I was very pleased with the 3 jobs he did. I have used them for more than 10 years. Never unhappy!
My entire HVAC system died and needed replacing quickly (January! Brrr!). Saddleback came right out, gave me a fair price, and had the job done in less than a week, from placed order to finished installation, and a warm toasty house again.
Saddleback has been taking care of all my plumbing needs for the 12 years I've lived in this house. They are reliable, professional, and reasonable by cost, but what I really appreciate about them is how transparent and upfront they are about what could be done, or what should be done. They always give options. Love that. They have earned my trust, which is priceless with your plumber!

March 2024, Chris and Saddleback to the rescue again! I stepped into the garage last week and the floor was covered in water. Water heater had given up the ghost and flooded the garage. I called Saddleback @ 9am in the morning and by 5pm that evening I had a new water heater up and running (and a garage drying out, slowly).
The service Saddleback Plumbing offers is as good as it gets, truly. You guys are great, but I sure hope this is my last major plumbing/heating disaster for the year!

Our Plumber arrived on -time and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. He wore booties over his shoes and was respectful of our home. He completed the work within a short time. The price was competitive and the process to pay was convenient. I will always request him as our plumber in the future.
They did a great job replacing our old water heater. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them
