I thought I would have to wait 2 days before my water heater would be fixed, but they called within a couple of hours and said they were squeezing me in. She said she knew how important having hot water was! Great job!
Was able to fit me in on the day I called which was a blessing. They said they would call if a time opened up and they did. I have used Saddleback plumbing for years. The most reliable service I have ever used.

Excellent observed covid precautions
I have been calling Saddleback for more than 10 years now. The reason - they are transparent, on time and have a great work ethic. Their technicians are very honest and always advise based on what is best for the client. And every service technician is diligent in fixing the issue. Walt came by to flush out the water heater. He was extremely patient in answering any questions I have and explained in detail on what he was doing as I was interested in knowing more. I would definitely call Saddleback again and if Walt is available request for his help.
