Excellent observed covid precautions
I have been calling Saddleback for more than 10 years now. The reason - they are transparent, on time and have a great work ethic. Their technicians are very honest and always advise based on what is best for the client. And every service technician is diligent in fixing the issue. Walt came by to flush out the water heater. He was extremely patient in answering any questions I have and explained in detail on what he was doing as I was interested in knowing more. I would definitely call Saddleback again and if Walt is available request for his help.
Chris did an excellent job of fixing my problems. He was very efficient and friendly. He also explained everything before starting the job. I would definitely request him for future needs.

They were prompt, responsive and reasonable
On time did the work quickly, however a little pricy.
Had new washer and dryer installed. The old faucet handle would not close, and they came out quick to remove and replace. They credited the initial service fee toward the repair. Fair and honest.
