On Monday we had sagging paint on the wall and knew we had a leak. Saddleback Plumbing couldn't come until Tuesday so we risked it and put down towels and waited. Memo came on time and within minutes got our approval to contact a remediation company to cut the drywall and test for asbestos. While we were waiting for them to arrive, we asked him to fix some valve issues which he did. He also pointed out some issues that we could fix with our faucets if we contacted the manufacturer. When the remediation company arrived and cut the drywall, Memo quickly found and fixed the leak. A few days later when the remediation company thought they found a leak in his valve repair, Memo returned quickly, and everyone agreed that the repair was fine. We would definitely use Saddleback Plumbing again. Their electronic billing was very clear and easy to use.
The guys were fast, efficient and friendly!! Love Saddleback!! They're the first call I make when it comes to a plumbing, heating and a/c issue!

Every single time I have received service from Saddleback (and, yes, I have unwisely received service from other plumbing, heating & air providers), when the job is complete, I say to myself, "These guys just know what they are doing AND they are consistently friendly about doing it." You get what you pay for—I learned that from teaching at U.S.C. fo 30 years.
