After 4 incompetent service from another local AC Shop, called Saddleback and they came on time, figured the source of the problem, and fixed the mess that the other company made. Rudy was professional, took time to explain things, so pleasant and their pricing for the work was reasonable and of value. They'd be our first go-to in the future.

I was having a problem with my ac zoning system . Called Saddleback, they responded quickly and their serviceman came as scheduled. He assessed the problem and provided me with three viable options. The one he suggested landed up saving me a considerable amount of money.

John was very meticulous in dealing with my lawn drain problem. He removed some of my lawn and you could hardly tell that the lawn was removed when he was done. Saddleback pluming is great!
