Best plumber name Chris that I ever had!
I had many companies repair air conditioning and only Saddleback was able to resolve my air conditioning cooling issues since I have been living here since 1988.
Outstanding service. Memo was professional, explained and showed me what was leaking. His workmanship was outstanding and the worksite spotless when he finished.
Chris from Saddleback did a terrific job installing a new water heater and repairing a slab leak.
We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to our friends.

I was pleasantly surprise with my service. Danny was on-time and came prepared. Danny respected my home and respectfully had protection and ready to not bring soil into my home. Danny knew exactly what he was doing without hesitation. He was focused and methodical with the process. Danny's personality was warm and made me feel comfortable. I have two toy poodles who bark when a stranger comes into my home. When Danny knocked on the door the dogs barked. All Danny did was give them a little pat and they never barked again. At that point I knew Danny could be trusted. I was so impressed I decided to purchase a yearly contract for future service. Saddleback Heating & Plumbing hired an employee who will be a valuable asset to their team.

I'm so glad we found Saddleback Plumbing, Heating, & Air to replace our old A/C unit. My mom has used them to install a unit at her house and has been extremely happy with their work. The staff was always courteous and pleasant to interact with. They kept the front door closed for the safety of my pets. They answered all of my questions, were very knowledgeable, and checked with an electrician before grounding the compressor. I also like the quality of the product. The Lennox unit is quiet and efficient. I would highly recommend them for an A/C and furnace replacement!
