Vinnie (plumber) was very prompt, professional and addressed problem at hand very quickly. Also very prompt with returning phone calls! Received emailed quote within a few minutes of service call and same for the invoice after the work was performed.
He was on time and replaced the garbage disposal as needed. The price was in the ball park. They also re-plumbed around a leak in a pipe under our family room floor
The men showed up early each of the 3 days they were here, worked hard all day in the heat. They treated me, a single woman, and my property, as well as my dog, with respect. Lastly, the new AC (and heater) are great! I feel my money was well spent.
They came at the promised time. Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Completed work promptly and efficiently. Will call them again for plumbing problems in the future
Appreciate the prompt response to our service call request for a leak in our attic. Memo is an excellent plumber and we appreciate that he provided our service today. I would highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing. Specifically, I had a sump pump die unexpectedly and the basin filled up with water.
Saddleback was very responsive, quickly calling me back, and scheduling an appointment for the next day. Luckily, later that day, a separate appointment was cancelled so they called back and actually came out the same day to provide a free estimate.
Memo was extremely helpful in thoroughly explaining the issue and recommended solution. I consider myself handy for basic plumping needs (toilet replacement, facet, etc...) but am not completely familiar with sump pumps. Memo educated me on the proposed solution and specifically the need for my house. There was no sales pressure at all and they were able to expedite delivery to install a new pump within 2 days of providing the free estimate.
Memo was very professional, on time, completely cleaned up area, and you can trust the high level of work. He thoroughly tested the new sump pump with me there so I was aware of how it worked as well as back up alarm system. I highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing.
