We've had some plumbing issues repaired prior to moving into a new home. Vinnie was very good at calling and explaining what repairs needed to be made, what the cost would be and how soon the work could be done. If there were any changes, he called and informed me immediately as to what those changes were. He was prompt in showing up for the repairs and was thorough in completing them. I would recommend him with no hesitation.
Memo arrived well within our appointment window. He was clean, neat, and extremely courteous. He explained all my options and quoted me a reasonable price. The toilet installation was done within 90 minutes and he left the powder room in immaculate condition. Would definitely recommend.
My kitchen sink would not drain very well. I assumed I just needed to have the drain cleared out. Unfortunately the problem was more serious since I had 30+ year old cast iron fittings in the wall due to it being a firewall. They were totally blocked up and had to be replaced. James, the plumber from Saddleback Plumbing, tried to clear the drains but it was impossible. He was great about explaining the steps he was doing and why the solution was to replace the fittings. He did the replacement as soon as possible and per code. Hopefully the new parts will last another 30 years!

Excellent work
Saddleback Plumbing replaced our water softener and repaired an old shower and tub faucet. Victor M. was our plumber and he did a great job. He quickly resolved unexpected issues and was diligent in seeing to the last details. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of Victor and Saddleback Plumbing's work. I might add that we are repeat customers and have called this company first for our plumbing needs for over 25 years now.
