Had water heater pilot light go out (Wouldn't relight) on a Friday evening just after five PM. (after closing time). Scott the dispatcher returned my emergency message promptly, explained the emergency pricing and regular Saturday service. I chose the less expensive appointment on Saturday morning. Our technician was a little late but grace given as this was one of the busiest times due to severe hot weather. Jon, our tech explained the options - ranging from totally new water heater, replacement of the "guts" and finally simple repair of the one part that should get it operational - price went from $1500, to $800 to $300. He advised on the quality level of our existing equipment - matched my research. I would recommend Saddleback based on the very good service provided by Jon and Scott.

Very good service from Memo H in replacing a damaged water heater tank that was leaking, All taken care of in a 4 hour span.
Called and were able to send Ryan Heenan over within an hour. Ryan was very prompt, professional and like-able. I felt his quote was very fair and reasonable. Excellent service!! Tarek was very thorough...cleared out our clogged drain quickly and efficiently....very polite. He and his co-worker even put slippers over their shoes before they entered our home. I highly, highly this company and their employees!
