Wonderful service from the moment I spoke to Tanya, who really listened to what I was trying to ask and worked to get me the right technician. I have hydronic heating system (heat utilizing my water heater), and it is almost impossible to find someone that really understands that. James was sent and he was fantastic. I could tell immediately he was knowledgeable with my hydronic system. He flushed the pipes, and fixed the pump, and in no time I had heat again. Thank you so much to James! I am thrilled to find a technician that can work on my hydronic system. Quick, efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable.
EXCELLENT, FAST THOROUGH SERVICE !
Memo came and fixed a gigantic HIDDEN LEAK from the 2nd floor. We would have had more damage.. but it was QUICKLY IDENTIFIED, and COPPER PIPE PUNCTURE WAS REPLACED QUICKLY. Memo and Saddleback Plumbing deserves 10+++ STARS !!!
