Their tech Memo is the greatest plumber in the history of plumbing. Highly professional and I never felt that he was going to exploit my slab leak to take all my money. He said that he didn't have to do a full re-pipe, but suggested that I should, because these things tend to happen en mass in new developments like mine. I went for the full re-pipe and the neighbor didn't. Guess who saved ten grand because of Memo's consideration
Saddleback Plumbing is one of the rare ones where you really feel that they are not exploiting your problem. I really can't believe that I forked out that kind of money and felt good about it.

John P has just finished a fantastic renewal and upgrade on all our plumbing fixtures and water heater. He has been efficient and clean. But the best part is that he is proud of the work that he does, and doesn't cut on quality of his work. He is efficient. He is neat and leaves things look like he wasn't even here. He discusses when there are problems and gives his recommendations. He his aware of costs, but emphasizes that quality wins in the long run. We look forward to having John again in our biannual checkup.
Great service. Memo has been our service technician for a few plumbing issues at our house over the past year. He has truly been excellent. He is very knowledgable, honest, personable, thorough and has just saved us hundreds of dollars by accomplishing a repair on our water main that a competing plumbing company said couldn't be done without walkway demolition and replacement.
