Ryan H. arrived promptly, even a bit early, and carefully diagnosed and solved our water leak problem. He was very considerate and thoughtful, and really worked quickly to install a new section of copper pipe to stop the leak. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of his work. John Prosser is an amazing, dedicated and knowledgeable employee at Saddleback Plumbing. We had an emergency water heater issue that required immediate attention. John initially performed some trouble-shooting and determined that the leak was due to an old, mechanically worn-out water heater that required replacement. To remedy the issue, he turned off the water heater supply and put in an order for a new water heater to be delivered and installed as soon as possible.
On installation day, John persevered through multiple issues, including but not limited to, the initial water heater that was delivered was too tall to fit the space; he had to research in real-time for a water heater that would fit the space; and he drove to a local supplier to pick up the correct size water heater. John was able to accomplish all this as part of the installation service call. He did an EXCELLENT job!
