Scott saved the day! My husband was out of town when the the sewer main backed up. We had had problems with tree roots before but my husband had always been there to fix it. Well it was rainy and on a Saturday evening and Scott couldn't have been nicer. He was able to open the access cap in the garage that had been un-openable since we moved in 30 years ago. It was a laborious job but Scott did it skillfully and was considerate of the surrounding area. I was so happy to have things 'flowing' again! I knew before he came that there would be an overtime charge and I happily paid it. Scott was great at explaining things and did a fantastic job!
