I called Saddleback to service my Mother's home that is now in our family Trust to replace a faucet and then make a second trip to check the tub drain. We now have a tenant in the property that needed these issues addressed.

Scott Pierce came out to the house. He was on time and efficient.

He also did a follow-up call. I give Saddleback a 5 star for their customer service and follow-up.

Ken Smith, plumber extraordinaire, did not disappoint when he expertly installed our new whole house water system. Although we were most pleased with our previous whole house water system results, the hassles and costs of getting maintenance service from the previous company was not worth the money and frustration. Ken is definitely skilled, takes pride in his work, and readily explains what he is doing and why. We could not be more pleased with the service Saddleback Plumbing provides.
