Recently, I had multiple leaks that required detection and a remedy. the technicians seemed to be confused, but once Ken Smith came out to troubleshoot, things settled down. The men (especially Brian) did an excellent job of installing the furnace. Because of a "code" problem they had to take out the first furnace and install a different one, which is quite satisfactory. Jeff came down and finished the work of putting in the "flashing", gave me a thermostat and I found him very pleasant. All in all, I am very satisfied, and also want to thank Peter for g etting it all started.
