Saddleback Plumbing did a super job rerouting my plumbing when I had a slab leak. They are very professional and all of the people that I have dealt with were extremely nice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Robert and Vince under Jared's supervision did a great job on the re-pipe of our house. Neat, clean and careful! Robert deserves special recognition for his careful routing of the PEX to limit the interior wall and ceiling damage.
Ken was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient -- a professional as always -- free annual MVP inspection was conducted and he gave us the estimate for a whole house water system that we requested -- and he will return to install that in a couple months! :)

My only complaint was not being able to get a "that day" appt. Your phone and service people were just great. I'm glad I found you. I hope I WON't need your services very often, but when I do, I won't hesitate to call. Great job!
Began with a water stain on the ceiling above my kitchen table. Phoned Saddleback and the next day Chris C. was the man who made the determination of the cause of the leak. He explained in detail, answered my questions again and again. Next thing is a hole in the ceiling and the leak is stopped.
Now, who do I call to repair the hole? Chris recommended The Wall Doctor, and provided me their phone number to call for an estimate.
Kenny was so helpful, friendly and patient. He was so sweet to my two little girls. He brought them bracelets and really made and effort to be sweet to them. he had amazing things to say about working for a company like Saddleback. He was so quick and it made my day so easy. I hadn't realized that I didn't pay him and he was so kind in asking me for payment after a little while of chatting. I was busy with my two little kids and I work from home so I was sidetracked and hadn't realized that I still needed to pay!!! I have never had a bad experience with Saddleback and today was no exception!
