Bryan K arrived promptly and did a fantastic job on a difficult task that had stymied several others. Even more impressing, he took his time to do the job right even though he was working on his company's "dime" (the work he was doing could have been billed to me if the evaluation of the original work had identified the defect that Bryan resolved). I am also greatly impressed that Saddleback Plumbing stood by their work and their original cost estimate, and then sent out their top guy to tie up the loose ends.
