Great service, really well run company.
Professional young man arrived late Friday before the holiday weekend and fixed my kitchen faucet. I did not know what I was going to if I could not get anyone until after the holiday. He was polite and so knowledgeable - gave excellent information and advice related to kitchen faucets with sensors. I have had some bad experiences with other plumbing services so I am most grateful to have found you.
Been using Saddleback Plumbing for about 20 years for a number of issues. Never disappointed! James is great for your HVAC needs, He installed a new system in my old home a few years ago.
We have been affiliated with Saddleback Plumbing since 1990 and feel like family with them. They are all of the above and actually care about you......that is very important today. I recommend them whenever someone asks "do you know a good, honest plumbing company?"

I have used Saddleback Plumbing several times. The first was for an urgent pipe leak repair on a Saturday morning - a pipe had a pinhole leak that was causing water to drip from a downstairs bedroom ceiling. A technician was at my home within a couple of hours after my call and made the repair to the pipe very quickly and with a minimum amount of damage to the ceiling. The second time was to re-install a toilet that had been removed for some flooring work. The flooring contractors said the work was beyond their comfort level due to the way it was initially installed by the builder. Once again, a Saddleback Plumbing technician was at my door that afternoon (a Friday before a 3-day weekend!) and made the necessary repairs - the flooring contractors said the work was the best they had ever seen. Most recently, we needed a water heater replaced. The technician was able to install the new water heater with a minimum of disruption despite a couple of unforeseen problems that arose during the install process.
We're very particular about who does work in our home. I trust Saddleback Plumbing to do the right thing for me and my home.
