I can't say enough about this company. They are fantastic. I have had them out to the house a number of times over the years and each tech was extremely polite, professional and efficient. Their communication is top notch and the office staff has been great!

There technician, Memo is an impressive guy. He came in to investigate, gave me his theory on what's going on, ran additional tests and concluded what the issue was and continued to take the time to explain to me what the next steps should be. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.
I was referred to Saddleback Plumbing by neighbors. Their service provider, Wayne, arrived on time with everything he needed to complete the job. The company is tried and tested and I feel confident referring them to friends.

A previous company had all ready been out and could not start our hot water heater Tyler started our hot water heater, and explained many issues to us. What we like most was his sincerity and honesty. We will certainly call for Tyler when we need to replace our water heater.

I had the opportunity to use Saddleback Plumbing today for a water leak in the wall behind our bathroom sink. Saddleback Plumbing went out of their way to get a plumber to our home to resolve the problem. I was incredibly impressed with the service and professionalism of the assigned plumber (Memo Hadzimehmeda) who did all the necessary repairs. The work was completed in a reasonable period of time and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing any plumbing needs.
