I called for check of my hydronic heating system which stopped working after recent re-pipe. Service was quick, on time and the thought was that some of the piping may have been installed incorrectly creating the problem of no heating. He did not take things apart, which would have cost hundreds of dollars but suggested to contact the re-pipe company and have them take a look, before encountering any additional cost. And that is exactly what the problem was. Re-pipe company made the repairs needed and heating is on. Thank you Saddleback Plumbing for your great customer service. AND to top it all off, they did not even charge a service call fee....Thank you again, you are appreciated!

I am writing this review out of nothing but respect for Saddleback Plumbing ownership and their focus on doing the right things for the right reasons. I have used Saddleback Plumbing for years, and they have been amazing every time. We recently had an outdoor plumbing issues with our drains and roots that they came out to take a look at.
Long story short, the problem was much more complicated than it appeared on the surface and Saddleback was amazing at referring us to a specialist that does outdoor landscaping, they also made sure that they were upfront about what they would be the right partner for and where there was someone else that specializes on the issue I was having.
They made me 100% whole from a cost perspective and professionals the from start to finish. It's easy to find service providers to do a job, it's really hard to find ETHICAL and HONEST businesses that will stand by their commitment to quality and customer service. People and relationships first. From the very top down, I have nothing but respect for Saddleback Plumbing and how they handled my recent service request.
Chris was ahead of schedule for my appointment. He provided knowledgable insight and was honest in his suggestions and opinions. I would highly recommend him.
