We have been affiliated with Saddleback Plumbing since 1990 and feel like family with them. They are all of the above and actually care about you......that is very important today. I recommend them whenever someone asks "do you know a good, honest plumbing company?"
We needed a couple of small repairs and we always use Saddleback because they are so dependable, pleasant and professional. Shay came out and was super awesome.

The plumber was professional, on time, and took care of my clogged drain. He also showed me how to keep a toilet from running all day. I'll go back to Saddleback for all my plumbing needs!
I have used Saddleback Plumbing several times. The first was for an urgent pipe leak repair on a Saturday morning - a pipe had a pinhole leak that was causing water to drip from a downstairs bedroom ceiling. A technician was at my home within a couple of hours after my call and made the repair to the pipe very quickly and with a minimum amount of damage to the ceiling. The second time was to re-install a toilet that had been removed for some flooring work. The flooring contractors said the work was beyond their comfort level due to the way it was initially installed by the builder. Once again, a Saddleback Plumbing technician was at my door that afternoon (a Friday before a 3-day weekend!) and made the necessary repairs - the flooring contractors said the work was the best they had ever seen. Most recently, we needed a water heater replaced. The technician was able to install the new water heater with a minimum of disruption despite a couple of unforeseen problems that arose during the install process.
We're very particular about who does work in our home. I trust Saddleback Plumbing to do the right thing for me and my home.

Saddleback helped us move our AC unit out of the way prior to backyard construction on a minutes notice, and once the project was completed months later they came back immediately after being asked and re-installed our AC. They were incredibly responsive, quick, professional, and it was the one thing I had to worry the least about.
The plumber came out and was right on time. Unfortunately, the drain problem could not be duplicated when he started working. He spent at least 15 minutes trying to get the drain to plug back up but it was as though nothing had ever happened. I was prepared to pay for a service call, but he told me there was no charge and to call them back out if the drain plugged up again. You just don't find companies like this any more! They will always have my business in the future, and I will "sing their praises" to anyone who will listen. Totally honest and reputable people....
The young man was professional, he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions. Worked diligently. I was very pleased with my plumbing tragedy outcome.
