Saddleback helped us move our AC unit out of the way prior to backyard construction on a minutes notice, and once the project was completed months later they came back immediately after being asked and re-installed our AC. They were incredibly responsive, quick, professional, and it was the one thing I had to worry the least about.
The plumber came out and was right on time. Unfortunately, the drain problem could not be duplicated when he started working. He spent at least 15 minutes trying to get the drain to plug back up but it was as though nothing had ever happened. I was prepared to pay for a service call, but he told me there was no charge and to call them back out if the drain plugged up again. You just don't find companies like this any more! They will always have my business in the future, and I will "sing their praises" to anyone who will listen. Totally honest and reputable people....
The young man was professional, he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions. Worked diligently. I was very pleased with my plumbing tragedy outcome.
Saddleback quickly set an appointment to address a potential leak and a significant shower repair requiring drywall entry. As promised, John arrived during the window, and diagnosed the leak as a slab leak. He had to return two additional times to address our issues and always showed up during the promised window. More importantly, he was professional, personable, and very respectful of our home. John explained everything before, during and after repairs. His efforts made an otherwise stressful situation much better for us. Also, as a woman working from home, I felt completely at ease with John, which is a reflection of his professionalism and kindness. Couldn't recommend John or Saddleback more highly.
Saddleback Plumbing would come for a furnace issue, change filter, when others would not do so even when I had been that company's customer. So will consider Saddleback for more furnace and A/C
This was not the first time that I have utilized the services of Saddleback Plumbing. This most recent time was for an HVAC problem. From my first phone call to my last contact, from the front desk to the technicians and finance office, I Found everyone to be courteous, punctual, efficient, and pleasant to work with. The job and their work were not considered to be completed until it met with their satisfaction and mine. I would utilize their services again.I would highly recommend them.

We have used Saddleback Plumbing for years and we have never been disappointed with their service. We have been impressed with the efficiency and honesty of their technicians and have referred them to family and friends. My heating thermostat failed last week during one of the coldest weeks of the decade! Kris arrived and tested every aspect of the heating/ac system….inside and out. He determined the unit was still under warranty. He checked for availability of parts and conferred with the shop. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why during the time he was here. He described the best course of action for the situation and we agreed. He returned the next day to replace the faulty pad. He checked every point of installation and explained why. Kris was prompt, courteous,and professional. He patiently answered every question and was knowledgable about the system and explained in laymen's terms. He didn't sit in his truck during the time the unit needed to get up to speed. Instead he checked and changed filters. This is why we never hesitate to call Saddleback Plumbing! They care about their clients and their technicians mirror that care.
I recently called for check of my hydronic heating system which stopped working after recent re-pipe. Service was quick, on time and the thought was that some of the piping may have been installed incorrectly creating the problem of no heating. He did not take things apart, which would have cost hundreds of dollars but suggested to contact the re-pipe company and have them take a look, before encountering any additional cost. And that is exactly what the problem was. Re-pipe company made the repairs needed and heating is on. Thank you Saddleback Plumbing for your great customer service. AND to top it all off, they did not even charge a service call fee....Thank you again, you are appreciated!
