Every single time I have received service from Saddleback (and, yes, I have unwisely received service from other plumbing, heating & air providers), when the job is complete, I say to myself, "These guys just know what they are doing AND they are consistently friendly about doing it." You get what you pay for—I learned that from teaching at U.S.C. fo 30 years.

I had an a/c tech out for a clogged drain pipe and when he left there was a leak under the sink. They sent a plumber out and he repaired. I have a hydronic a/c unit so it's hard to determine if I need one trade or another...or both. They responded right away and each tech was prompt and professional. They billed me for the a/c service only. I highly recommend ????
