It was great, the technician was efficient and helpful, though a bit short on explanations of why some of the repairs were necessary.
I live in NJ, so communication is important since I am long distance. I also require coordination with the tenant. It has always been a smooth process. I feel confident with the work done, and especially like Scott who has helped us a lot recently. I will continue to ask for him if we have issues in the future.
