Really good. Second time for the tech. He was well prepared and finished the job in no time.
I live in NJ, so communication is important since I am long distance. I also require coordination with the tenant. It has always been a smooth process. I feel confident with the work done, and especially like Scott who has helped us a lot recently. I will continue to ask for him if we have issues in the future.
