After having a flood 1 yr. 8mo. ago, I had to call after hours.Spoke with Maria who dispatched Dylan within the hour. He was great, professional and explained what he was doing to replace the pipe that caused the pin hole leak. Also called Jarvis Restoration since he recommended them. We hadn't used them but Dylan explained Saddleback Plumbing recommended Jarvis. So far we are satisfied with Jarvis and hope to use them again if the end result is postitive.
Needed a faucet cartridge repair. Saddleback was prompt. The technicians are clean and efficient and on time. A week later, I thought there was a similar problem on another faucet. Again they were very prompt, efficient, etc. It turned out, I did not need the repair, and, to my astonishment and delight, they did not charge for the check-up. I will use them again and recommend them.
Shower repair completed in 30 minutes. One line invoice with no detail on service call charge, repair, other etc. Invoice seemed high; however, hard to understand to consider company for next service.
Dylan Grueter serviced our toilet and did a wonderful job. He was also very polite and well mannered, cleaned up after job was done. We are very pleased! thank you again for good service.

Dominique LeJune made a service call to inspect our heat and a/c. He found a problem with a fitting, discussed it with me and promptly fixed it. He gave very excellent service and made the repair quickly.
