Tarek was extremely professional, polite and effecient. He was very concerned about cleaning up and replacing the furniture and decor that had to be moved to perform the service. Highly appreciated and I would recommend him and Saddleback Plumbing.

Scott was able to show up earlier than the appointment by notifying me of an earlier available time to address a wall leak the day after Christmas. Put on shoe covers without being asked (***** just for this, thank you!).
He covered all relevant surfaces to prevent further damage and promptly found the problem. Efficient and professional repair. Will definitely ask for him next time.
I have always felt that I was treated fairly by everyone at Saddleback. Two people stand out as superior in their customer service - Ken and Kris. Call backs and appointments have always been timely. You have a great crew!

Needed a faucet cartridge repair. Saddleback was prompt. The technicians are clean and efficient and on time. A week later, I thought there was a similar problem on another faucet. Again they were very prompt, efficient, etc. It turned out, I did not need the repair, and, to my astonishment and delight, they did not charge for the check-up. I will use them again and recommend them.
The response to our first call with Saddleback, the actual work, the service man, were all excellent. I would like to have received an itemised invoice with labor, parts separated. I estimated he was here doing the work necessary to clear a block in the toilet and replace a drain in the kitchen took about 2 hours. The invoice was a flat total amount of $432.00 with a veterans $20.00 discount. Although I did not voice my opinion, i feel this was quite high for the small amount of work done. That is why I requested by email what are the labor rates. Thanks Jim
