Our ac died during a heat wave (didn't even everyone's?). We have used Saddleback for years and working with them is always a pleasure.
James came to our house and assessed our issue. I appreciated that he asked many questions about how our old system worked so that he could make appropriate recommendations for our home. He prepared a bid for us very quickly so that we were able to schedule the installation. Even though it was peak season, our new ac was installed just 1 week after the old one quit!
When Mike & Shawn arrived to install, it was clear that they had spoken with James and already were up to speed on the specifics of the job. It was really nice not to have to repeat any of the information I had shared with James!
The team was great. Polite and very conscientious and they cleaned up everything. You would never had known a major project took place that day.
The post install inspection was a breeze because the guys did a great job. Thank you!

Last month I called for AC repair and is the 2nd time I have in less than 4 years I have called. Bill sent out James who arrived on time and was Great He made the repairs and called several days later and told me where I could buy a circuit breaker. Thanks Ron
