Our water heater was leaking and Saddleback Plumbing was able to get a plumber out the next day. Ryan was great, he took the time to educate us on what went wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. He gave us an accurate estimate on the time it would take and finished a little early.
We have always been happy with the work performed by the technicians at Saddleback Plumbing. This time our technician was Scott and he installed a new faucet in our kitchen and new fixtures in our master bath shower. All items were installed perfectly and in a timely manner. Perfect experience!!!

Excellent work, straight up answers on what was/is wrong with solutions. He ordered parts, followed up, and their parts manager went to bat for me so that parts were on warranty. James was excellent and his attention to detail and workmanship was impeccable. I highly recommend....
