Technicians very professional and helpful.
They are upfront, honest and fair. I broke the main water line on Sunday evening. Left a message on their phone and got a call back from Jerry in about 15 minutes. I appreciated the fact that he said it is going to cost me overtime (about $280) to come on a weekend. No other plumbing company I called told me that. I decided to have have them come over on Monday instead. Kenny showed up at 8:00 am sharp. My house being about 50 years old, he told me that he may have to change the whole water line that will cost me over $4000. But once he dug up, he found that the pipes were good and he fixed it locally where the pipe was broken. He even added a shut off valve - all for $275. I am quite sure some other plumber would have tried to rip me off.
I am overall very satisfied with the quality of his work and also their work ethics.
The technician arrived on time and was very efficient.

Our Service Technician first gave us an estimate and made excellent suggestions on our situation and how to resolve the problem. He has excellent customer service skills and a very good person. He did a fantastic job on replacing our toilet and setting it and then setting another one. His work represents is very high quality.
