Our 2 year-old GE water heater broke down on a Saturday, of course. GE arranged for the part to be shipped, but we would have to wait until Tuesday. It came in early that morning, but 2 or 3 other outfits quoted days before they could come out. You guys quoted "by 1P" and showed up at 12:50! 30 minutes later, it was back on line. Your payment system uses current technology, which impressed me, too. The tech was perfect in all aspects. I will definitely refer others to you.
